With a passion for creating exceptional structures and a deep commitment to quality, Mark built KACP from the ground up, combining his knowledge of construction techniques with a focus on client relationships and service excellence. 

Mark’s journey in construction began early, learning the trades from experienced mentors and eventually working his way through the ranks. As a skilled contractor, he developed a reputation for attention to detail, project management excellence, and an ability to bring complex visions to life. His leadership emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and exceeding client expectations.

Throughout his career, Mark has overseen a wide range of projects, from small additions/renovations to 20,000sqft traditional and contemporary residences. His extensive background in both the practical and managerial aspects of construction has shaped the company’s growth and solidified its standing as a trusted leader in the industry.

 Clay, co-founder of King Arthur Construction Partners, leveraging both his family legacy and his own extensive experience in the construction industry. As a second-generation construction professional, Clay was introduced to the business early, growing up and working alongside his father, Mark. This exposure early on to the construction trade has given Clay a unique perspective on balancing traditional craftsmanship with modern innovations in construction practices.

With 10+ years of hands-on experience, Clay has played an instrumental role in the growth of King Arthur Construction Partners, working on a wide array of high-end custom residential projects. His deep understanding of the intricacies of construction—combined with a passion for high-quality—has allowed him to guide projects from concept to completion with precision and excellence.

Clay’s expertise extends beyond project management to business strategy, where he helps shape the direction of the company alongside his father.
